Apartment in quiet location close to the beach

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. A lovely peaceful haven in a true Italian town. Gated complex with parking, balcony and a pool and just a 5 minute walk to the beach or town. The perfect place to relax and soak up the Italian sunshine. This is the entire apartment. One bedroom, open plan living area, bathroom and balcony Pool area is shared I am overseas however I have a lovely lady who meets and greets my guests and is on hand to assist. She is Australian and speaks fluent Italian 10 minute walk to the beach or town 2 minutes to the supermarket 2 minutes to an amazing bakery.... stunning cakes and fresh pasta!! Definitely best to hire a car! Parking is easily available all around the apartment WiFi is available at a charge of €15 payable via Airbnb in advance
