This large and comfortable house is in a cul de sac and is only 2 minutes walk to Amersham Station (30 minutes to London). Amersham high street is just 5 minutes walk with restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets. The well equipped and newly installed modern guest bathroom includes power shower and a large bath. The room includes a large (1m wide mattress) single bed, a double wardrobe, table, chair and bedside cabinet with new carpets. The kitchen may be used by guests to make their own light breakfasts and drinks. A range of breakfast cereals will be available but please let us know if you have any special requirements. The house is on the edge of an older estate with many walkways. The woods are across the main road with nice woodland walks to the old town. Over the bridge is the new town with many modern shops and restaurants. The Doctors surgery and community aminities with childresn playground are within 5 minutes walk.
