The Beach House sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms and features a beautiful open plan kitchen- dining area that opens out onto a private patio area. The perfect spot for al-fresco dining in those warmer months. Guest Access: Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Free on street parking is available directly outside the property, these spaces are on a first come first served basis. The Neighborhood: Marske-by-the-Sea is a delightful village located on the North Yorkshire coast, less than 10 minutes from Saltburn and Redcar. The village square is packed with independent businesses, including dog-friendly cafes, pubs, micropubs and restaurants. The property is Just moments from Marske Valley Gardens where you can explore walkways lined with beautiful flowers. Head to Marske Sands and you’ll find a long stretch of gently sloping sandy beach. The famous Cleveland Way snakes its way across the cliff tops and along the beach to Saltburn and beyond. Neighbouring Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a great place to visit during your stay. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance. You can also find popular villages and towns such as Staithes, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby further along the coast. Getting Around: The Beach House a is within walking distance of all that Marske has to offer, within 5 minutes’ drive time of Saltburn and 20 minutes to Staithes, Middlesbrough and the delightful North Yorkshire Moors. Marske Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London. There are plenty of bus routes throughout Marske. Hop on the Arriva X4 route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Whitby.
