Peaceful cottage with hot tub perfect for couples to get away and chill. Super Kingsize bed and luxury bedding. Luxurious wetroom / bathroom with robes and products. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. Electric log burner for cosy nights in watching dvds or playing board games. Two outside covered areas to take morning coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the pond and fabulous sunsets. Rural village with local pub and church. Fabulously cosy luxury cottage equipped to a high standard. Under floor heating and supplementary heating. Luxury African inspired bedroom with Super King size bed. Well equipped kitchen and wet room style bathroom with walk in shower. Two outside covered seating areas to enjoy the views of the gardens and lake, one area with a fabulous private hot tub. Spend an evening strolling around the village, pop into the pub for a drink or two, watch a dvd or play board games, take a private dip in the hot tub and enjoy the sounds of the country....... enjoy some 'you' time. Following the pandemic we have engaged a professional cleaning company who have Covid training and we endeavour to increase cleaning and will provide hand sanitiser for guests use. Own gated entrance and secure driveway and private parking. Host will meet and greet on arrival (this may not be appropriate now due to Covid so access instructions will be given instead). Quiet rural village surrounded by countryside. The Church has a service with bells on the first Sunday of the month, and occasionally has a practice session midweek at 8pm. The Unicorn village pub is a few minutes walk, no need to book for food, just turn up. An amazing Italian restaurant is 2 miles away (San Giovanni) and many great pubs also within 2 miles (Turpins, The Black Horse, The Bird in Hand) for casual dining. (Book in advance, they're popular!) We are 2 miles from Twycross Zoo, close to the M42 for good links to Birmingham, the Nec & Airport. Car is required but you can bring bikes for cycling the hills! Great for country walks too. We have a friendly German Shepherd called Maisie. The cottage is next to the Church which has a service with bells on the first Sunday of the month for half an hour, and very occasionally there are mid week practice sessions at 8pm.
