The approximately 60 square meter apartment has a separate entrance, can accommodate up to 4 people (including 2 extra beds) and extends over two floors.     In the lower level there are the spacious living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed), flat screen TV, radio and open kitchen with electric stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, div. Small kitchen appliances and dining area as well as a guest toilet.   In the upper floor (via stairs to reach) is a bedroom with high quality box spring bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hair dryer. The apartment is equipped with central heating. The country house with several apartments located in local situation of Linow. It is about 2 km to the nearest bathing area. A restaurant, a bakery, shops and a train station are all about 5 km away. The approximately 3500 square meters of land is completely fenced. The owner also lives in the resort. The former farmhouse was extensively modernized until 2016, and the grounds were designed in a Mediterranean style. There is a large covered terrace with seating and barbecue, as well as an outdoor pool and a small garden area. The exact equipment of the apartments, please refer to the corresponding description of the respective residential units. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.   If required, both apartments can be booked for larger groups or families. For all apartments are available: Internet (LAN connection), cot, 5 bicycles (hire by arrangement, 5 EUR / day), outdoor pool, covered terrace with barbecue, garaging for bicycles, parking. Included in all apartments in the total price: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
