Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dish washer, wine fridge, ice maker, and disposer. 6 bedrooms . 1 Master on 1st floor with walk out to deck. King poster bed with private master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. Second floor bedrooms have two queens, 1 bunk with full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Hall open and over looks great room with vaulted ceilings. Lower level has Queen and bunk room with 3 sets of bunk beds. Two twin sets and 1 full set. 4 T.V.'s in home. 3 Smart T.V.'s with cable channels and Netflix. Hardwood floors on 1st and 2nd level. Tile floors on lower level. Full equipped with pans, dishes, all kitchen items such as coffee maker, can opener, blender, crock pots. All linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Rear decks and front porch has furniture to accommodate 20 plus. House can sleep in beds 19 guests. House can sleep in 6 in couches and futons. House has 3 blowup mattresses that are pillow top and sleep 6. Pets are permitted however not to exceed 80 pounds unless approved. Cats must be declawed. Please see fees below, Cat: $20 per night Dogs: $20 per night *Must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests have access to entire house, all decks, entire yard and driveway. Guests can email us with anything as well as once they have reserved their dates they will receive the Owner and Managers cell phone numbers to contact us with any questions, concerns, or needs. Complete and quick access to both the Owner & Manager. The neighborhood is in a culdesac very safe for families, children, and pets. Very private, secluded, quiet, beautiful lake views from the entire rear of the house. The home is 3 levels in the rear with a large bay window the full height of the 1st floor. Houses are spaced well and not right next to eachother to provide adequate privacy. This lakehouse is absolutely a destination location that has everything you will need to stay for a night or a month! If you wish to go boating or get around Somerset you will want a car to do so. There is a taxi company in Somerset if needed. This 6 bedroom lakehouse overlooks Fishing Creek on Lake Cumberland and is approximately 7 minutes from Lee's Ford Marina. In addition, there is a ramp to launch boats from our local neighborhood aprox 4 minutes from the lakehouse. This is Strictly a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Is 7.7 miles from Lee's Ford Marina, 8.6 miles from Burnside Marina, 22.2 miles from Conley Bottom, and 30.4 from Wolf Creek.
