The holiday home Casa Mariposa has a great garden with its own large saltwater pool (11.5 mx 4.5 m) and is located on the outskirts of Blanes only about 4 km from the nearest beach in a rural region with wine growing, near an extensive pine and cork oak forest. Casa Mariposa was completely renovated in 2017 and comfortably furnished. The garden plot with many trees (olives, pomegranates, figs, persimmons and much more) and the large pool are sure to please you. The pool can be illuminated at night. Enjoy the mild evenings there with your friends and family. The sunsets over the Monseny mountain range are simply beautiful and can be admired from there. On the ground floor of Casa Mariposa there is a living / dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, an open sleeping area with a single bed and a double sofa bed for 2 people and a shower room. In every bedroom on the upper floor of Casa Mariposa there are air conditioning units (optional to book) and central heating is available in the entire house (optional to book). You get from the living room on the ground floor via a wooden staircase (the stairs are steep and not ideal for very small children or people with walking difficulties) to the open sleeping area on the upper floor and then via a hallway to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Casa Mariposa is ideal for 3-4 people. 2-3 people can sleep in the open sleeping area without any problems. That is, total 5 people. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed so that 3-4 people on the upper floor and 1-2 people on the ground floor could sleep. So you are more flexible. Thanks to many details, such as the traditional ceilings and wooden windows, the holiday home Casa Mariposa radiates a very cozy and warm atmosphere. The living room with dining area is a cozy place where you can relax together. The new kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook wonderfully here. On the property you have a spacious terrace with pergola, grill and dining area, another terrace next to the house as well as a lawn with palm trees and a wonderful and large salt water pool for a refreshing bath. In the pool house there is another shower room and next to it an outside shower. You park your car in front of the house in the street (quiet cul de sac). You have your own entrance to the property. Washer and dryer are in the garage (you have a key). There is also another holiday home on the plot of over 1000 m², which is occasionally used by the owners. In 2019, the upper floor of the main house was finished and is now rented out to guests (max. 2-4 people). The guests of the holiday apartment Casa Romantica (HomeAway object number 5006958) have their own entrance on the property and in the main house and their own grill in the covered entrance area of the main house. The pool and pool level are shared, also the washing machine and dryer (in the garage). Of course, you can also rent the apartment for yourself and friends if it is available. Please contact us.
