Ideal getaway destination for those that look for a bit of an ear shattering silence. The few houses in the area give you a good sense of protection and the neighbors are friendly. Important to have a pair of good shoes and you are all set for a hike or just have a barbecue near the house instead;) In winter you can go to ski on the slopes of Stará Myjava 30 minutes away by car or on Javorina. In summer you can enjoy the more and more popular area of Lake Dubník, 15 min away by car. Hiking trips are endless in the forest, mushrooms of plenty.
