Apt has separate entrance, a king bed, full-kitchen, washer/dryer, sitting area, walk-in closet and 5-piece bath. Large Flat Screen SmartTV, Cable , Free Wireless. Suite sleeps 2 with King Bed in the main room. The sitting area has a sofa, large flat-screen SmartTV and bistro table. The kitchen area has high-end appliances, a dishwasher, Kuerig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and full refrigerator. A Gas Grill is outside on a covered patio and includes a side burner. The bath is equipped with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, soaps and a hair dryer. Towels and bedding provided. Guests will enjoy privacy. Fresh fruit and/or pastries provided on request. The home is located in a small quiet neighborhood on exclusive Gravelly Lake. Public Transportation is available nearby. The town center is within 1-mile and offers shopping, dining and a fantastic movie theater with reclining chairs. Outdoor patio, Gas Grill, Wi-Fi, off-street parking, swimming, paddle boats. Personal tours of the lake may be arranged (seasonal). There is a dedicated patio dining area for guests and shared outdoor seating area, plus a lower shared dining area. Guests are invited to enjoy our outdoor living areas and are invited to share with friends & family who may visit. On the lakeshore, there is a dock, stationary party barge with a 2nd grill, and a new patio seating area with outdoor firepit. As with many natural bodies of water, the lake level rises over the winter and gradually lowers during the summer months. At it's peak, there is no beach, however, there is seating above the water line. By mid-summer, the lake recedes allowing beach access. We will greet you upon arrival and help you settle in. Afterwards, we invite you to text or call if you need anything, but otherwise, will not interrupt your privacy. This is a pristine quiet area. You're likely to see eagles on most days, humming birds, fish, ducks. For golfers, we are across from the Country Club and several courses including Chambers Bay are nearby. The town center is 1.5 miles. Public Transit is within walking distance. Please let us know if there is anything you'd like on hand for your arrival. We'll try to have it ready for you. Washington Sales Tax does not apply to rentals of 30 days or longer, when a rental agreement is in place. Non-shedding neutered/spayed dogs are welcome. There is an additional fee of $25 per night. When booking, please select the additional person rate and message us regarding your furry friend. Animals may not be left alone in the room if barking will occur when noises are present in the main house. There is a home office on site. A spare deck with Ethernet service and a printer is available for guest use. Wi-fi is available in the private guest apartment. The ping pong table and piano are in a shared space outside of the private guest apartment. Guests are welcome to use both.
