Good life in Neerpelt, very quite environment.

Good life, really experience. 15 minutes drive from Lommel, and 25 minutes from Eindhoven. Surrounded by beautiful meadows! Never have you slept so quietly. 5 minutes away from a beautiful nature park "Het Hageven". The Efteling is only an hour away, and you can also be in Toverland within the hour. Private villa in a rural area between the meadows. Our house is at the end of a dead-end street. Around the house is a very extensive garden and a meadow with a small horse. The house has a master bedroom with spacious dressing room and bathroom. We empty part of the cupboard for our guests' clothes, but most of the cupboards in this room are in use. The room has a spacious double bed, and a TV with cable connection and netflix via Chromecast. On the top floor we have carpeting everywhere, so we would appreciate it if our guests let the shoes down. Room 2 is actually the guest room, this is also a very spacious 2 bed with private shower and sink and separate toilet in the room. There is also a TV in the room here. Then we have 2 children's rooms on the upper floor. A room for the alter-smallest, with a cradle. Up to + - 2 years, and the other room is a spacious bunk bed. Below 1.40m bed, above 90cm bed. So doubter and single bed. Very nice bed, with 2 windows in the upper bed. This means that at least 2 children can sleep here. Furthermore, we also have a double bed in the spacious cellar. This is a large space, with fitness and children's corner. We have a large bed for guests here. The basement is not heated, so you have to be able to crawl well under the wool. In the basement there is also a very nice fitness room with TV, netflix, etc. Laundry room with dryer and washing machine. Downstairs we have a large sitting room, fireplace, children's corner, dining room and kitchen. Also a separate desk. Downstairs in the utility room we have a large drink fridge which guests can use for a small fee (beer & soft € 1, special beers & wine € 2 (per glass)). Neerpelt has a beautiful environment for walking, cycling or even a canoe trip. This is all possible in the nature reserve "Het Hageven". There is also a large indoor swimming pool with restaurant and wild water course in Neerpelt. In addition to an indoor pool, there are also many nice playgrounds with brasserie for the parents. Like the scouts rally of the tawny owl. We are about 10 minutes cycling from the center of Neerpelt. And about 5 minutes cycling from the nature reserve "Het hageven". In 25 minutes you are in the center of Eindhoven, and in 15 minutes in the center of Lommel. It is also possible to make a day trip to Antwerp + - 55 minutes by car. The station of Neerpelt is also about 10 minutes away by bike. Furthermore, we have enough taxi companies or you can go with your own transport. We have 2 electric bikes, 2 bicycle bikes (man and woman), and a regular bike. Furthermore, lots of fun toys for the children. Tractors, go-karts, bikes, etc ... - Breakfast can be picked up by the guests at the bakery + - 5 minutes walk or they can go for breakfast somewhere. - We are a young family with a son of 3 years old, and a 2nd son of 3 weeks old. We prefer to rent out to young families, or 2 couples with children.
