Two smart TVs, WiFi , washing machine and dishwasher. A top of the line new cabin. Fully equipt with all that a normal home has to offer, kitchen in the living room with everything you need. Fridge, freezer, induction cooktop with safety shut-off, hot air oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, rice cooker and more. It’s also one private parking space and a lot of guest parkings and 4 electric car charging places. Enjoy the private jacuzzi but this requires extra booking direct to us. This is a extra service and if the jacuzzi is out of order or broken by guest checking out before you we can’t guarantee it’s available. But we will always do everything possible to have it ready. This is not always something we know before the guest check out. If the jacuzzi is out of order the money will be returned. The is not a cancellation of the booking reason it’s a extra service provided outside the booking. And this is a Cabin, not Hilton hotel, so please have understanding for spiders, "pollen" and other things we can’t do anything with. This place is seperated into two areas with a bridge and has a totall of 83 cabins. Cause of the beautiful location this place is know for beeing used i the popular tv show Sommerhytta two times. This cabin is actually one of the cabins from the show but have been totally renovated. Treat the cabin with respect, and use it like it was your own. No big parties allowed. Inform if you bring pets. Please do not touch private stuff, thank you. Normal cleaning is included, however it is Norwegian custom to tidy up after yourself after staying at a «hytte» (cabin). You remove bed sheets, linens, dirty dishwash and garbage, and clean out the fridge, oven and dishwasher and vacuum clean. We wash the floor, wash and disinfect kitchen, bathroom and all typical surfaces in the cabin, wash the laundry and prepare beds and towels for the next guests. For any questions or problems during the stay im only a phone call away. The place is one of a kind cause of the great location right next to the water but stil so close to Oslo centrum. A bunch of thing and hikes around the corner or spend the day on the water. Great fishing summer as winter with activities all year round. Beach, Volleyball court, Fotball field just a short walk away. 5 min drive to shopping center 35 km / 22 miles / 45 mins from Oslo city centre / Central Train Station / Bus Terminal. 70 km / 44 miles / 1h 15m from OSL Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen Airport. 150 km / 93 miles / 2h 30m from TRF Torp Sandefjord Airport.
