Fall asleep to the sound of the York Harbor bell buoy and waves crashing on the shore. Awake to beautiful sunrises over the ocean and lobster boats heading out to sea. Walk to York Harbor Beach or stroll the Cliff Walk taking in quintessential Maine views. Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views. Beautiful views of York Harbor and Isles of Shoals. The property boasts a front yard with whimsical gardens where there is always something in bloom. Short walk to beaches and local restaurants. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with a full kitchen, cable tv, and dining nook. There is a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms for those that need to work while visiting. Access to grill and front yard and gardens. It is a quiet residential neighborhood between York Harbor Beach and Long Sands Beach. It is a short walk to the York Harbor Inn and Stage Neck Inn for food and drinks. In the summer there are trolley and bus services that run up and down the coast. Local stops include York Harbor and Long Sands Beach. Breakfast not Included, Tea and Coffee Provided. There is parking for two cars only. (More parking available with prior approval)
