SOLO female guests only. This is a large room with a walk-in closet, personal fridge/freezer and SMART TV (NETFLIX and Amazon Prime included). Large shared bathroom. Blackout shades on windows and house is quiet during day. Our guests appreciate the extra shoe and jewelry/scarf storage in the walk-in closet. Room is located in a secluded section of a large 3,600 sq ft house. We are geared for for working professionals (e.g., traveling healthcare, teachers) needing longer-term stays. The house is located in a very safe residential neighborhood with quick, easy access to freeways and close to the Sumner Sounder train station (access to both Seattle and Tacoma and areas in between). Guests are free to use all the common areas of the house (e.g., kitchen/dining areas) anytime. We have a Keurig coffee maker and will provide your first couple cups of coffee, after that, you will need to buy your favorite k-cups. STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING! - A portion of the proceeds from every rental will be donated to stop human trafficking. House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guest parking is available in front of the house. Freeway access is easy 2 minutes away and reduces commute times. Location is car dependent. Main Street is full of antique shop, boutiques, and local restaurants. Enjoy wine walks down Main Street, high tea at the Secret Garden Tea House or exercise at the YMCA. Sumner has all the charm and character of small-town USA while still being within easy reach of Seattle and Tacoma. Sumner is a young, vibrant, working-class community with the majority of it's population being young, working Millennials and Gen-Xers. TRAVELING NURSES AND PROFESSIONALS - If working in King County, keep MORE of your housing stipend or per diem by staying in this charming suburb with easy commuter train access to Seattle. Located just 30 minutes from SeaTac airport, 2 miles from the Sumner Sounder commuter train station and 1 mile from freeways, this location makes commuting easy. No bus stops nearby, car dependent. Close to shopping and restaurants in charming downtown Sumner. We have keyless entry, but like to meet our guest upon check-in (no later than 10 pm). We reserve self check-in for emergency situations like delayed flights or other travel issues beyond your control. If this occurs, please contact us ASAP.
