Attractive 1 bedroom house 1.5 miles from Goodwood

We have available a very sunny and light new build house merely two miles from Goodwood and a few more to the stunning beaches of West Sussex. With a large sunny south facing garden fixed with spacious decking and adorned with flowers and table and chairs - it can be your retreat from the festivals. Or, get the kids to bed and enjoy a bottle of vino! It’s a three bedroom house but only one large double bedroom with king-sized bed is available. We also have a large premium blow up bed. We love our house because, for a new build, it has a large, sunny, south facing garden - the reason we bought it in the first place. We’ve tried to maximise this space by making it a real retreat - particularly from the Goodwood festivals. Our French doors open onto a lovely decking area with deckchairs and table and chairs and there is still ample space for the kids to run around! Inside we have a large, light south facing living room with TV and Playstation (for boys young and old!), comfy sofas and dining table and chairs. Our kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook up a storm and a dishwasher to make the scrub down easier. We’ll provide with you with bread, milk and a bottle wine (all the essentials) to get you going but Tangmere has a Co-Op just round the corner for all the small bits. Our house has three bedrooms but only the large master double with king-sized bed is available. This comes with an en-suite bathroom. We do have a large, premium blow up bed that blows up automatically for use in the living room. Our drive has space for two cars. The surrounding area is stunning. Out of the development and over the A27 you are in Boxgrove. This tiny Sussex village has an ancient 12th Century Priory. From here you can take a walk across attractive fields to Tinwood winery. This exceptional vineyard has a shop and seating area overlooking the vines - they also do fantastic wine tours and sublime food to pair with the wines. Ten minutes further on by foot you have the increasingly famous Halnaker Windmill. The windmill itself is stunning, but it is the walk itself which is the highlight as during late summer and Autumn the increased foliage creates a perfect tree tunnel. All within 15 minutes walk of the house... To the east and west you have the historic locations of Chichester and Arundel. The former only 4 minutes by car. Both offer brilliant days out and a wide-range if eating options and child activities. A few minutes’ drive north you have the stunning South Downs National Park and, of course, a few miles to the south you have a number of beaches - including the mightily impressive West Wittering. The development has a good-sized Park. The house is your own. However, we will be able to answer any phone calls immediately. Our development lies in Tangmere, a small village 3 miles east of Chichester. We are approximately 2 miles from Goodwood motor circuit, 8 miles from West Wittering beach and 40 minutes from Brighton. Although there are some nice places that can be accessed by foot you will realistically need a car to get around.
