The property is located on the 4th floor of an apartment complex in a quiet side street in the center of Cottbus. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Parking spaces are available free of charge in the surrounding area. There is a very good connection to the train station, which is approx. 2 km from the apartment. The motorway (Autobahn) can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
