Pasithea Residence

Seaside Villa with breathtaking view, ideal for couples and families for a getaway! The sea is 2 mins by car! Or less than 10 mins on foot. There is a fully equipped beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, a bar and restaurant with excellent food. The two towns nearby, Aliveri and Amarynthos can provide entertainment good food "Amarynthos "and shopping. The famous beaches of Korasida , Kalamos, Mourteri are only half an hour away. The owners occupy the 2 top floors of the villa, while the guests have access to the ground floor. The residence is located on a hill, on a 50-meter altitude. The nearest beach is a 7 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The area is pretty windy during the summer but stays cool due to it being next to the sea. The residence is also inhabited by the owners' pets - 2 dogs and 7 cats - and they have access allover the outside of the villa. The swimming pool is unfortunately out of service (thus the reduced rental), but is covered with protective gear. Guests have access only to the ground floor of the residence, but can move around freely on the outside areas. There is space for parking outside the residence. The owners are very friendly and open to meeting their guests! (Except if they are out of town!) The view is definitely the best feature of the villa. The sea is so close that you can feel the salty breeze touching your skin. A car is a must! Many people living in the area use bikes while others prefer walking. However, during the summer time, a car should be preferred for daily use.
