Superb and spacious detached house, newly renovated, with large open plan living area, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) just a moments walk from the charming centre of Hamble village with local yacht clubs and marinas. Set over three floors and decorated in a modern style, this impressive house is ideally sized and well placed for crew or families wishing to position themselves within a short walk of the quay , marinas and fabulous local eateries. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. You will find space to relax both indoors and out with areas for games, reading or relaxing. The house is ideal for sailing crews, families or work colleagues. Please do ask if you have specific requirements and they are not listed here. I will do my very best to accommodate you. There is an outside socket for electric cars to recharge. I live locally in the village and will be here should you need me for anything. Hamble is a small sailing village where everyone knows everyone - or nearly! We have an excellent relationship with our neighbours and we hope to keep it that way. Please be respectful of our lovely neighbours especially after dark and early mornings. There is a small railway station in Hamble at the entrance to the village (about a 20 minute walk from the centre of the village) and we have one bus (the number 6) which stops in the village square regularly - I'd be happy to let you know times and destinations - please just ask! We have rented hot tubs for guests before. Please ask if you would be interested in renting a hot tub for the week (minimum one week), and I can work out the cost - which would include delivery and all water & electricity. There are a number of clubs along the river who are able to hire out paddle boards or kayaks - please ask if you would like to try this and we can put you in touch with a reputable local company. We also have a number of yacht clubs which are open to visiting yachtsmen, again please let me know and I can introduce you to the best matched club for your needs.
