A Contemporary quiet zen studio/duplex sunny oasis

This is a sweet zen space, a studio duplex sunny and lightfilled,attached to my four bedroomed house. It is in the town of wicklow , 10 minute walk to the town and beach, to the main bus to Dublin airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. It is a secluded corner house in a quiet cul de sac, (extremely quiet )♥️! As I am a yogi and own a local studio , it was designed with zen , calm ,relaxing atmosphere in mind. I live next to this duplex ( a garage converted) Calm and Private and comfy The space is a brand new renovation , perfect for a stay to rejuvenate, maybe do some yoga and explore all our little town has on offer. The bedroom has a very comfy bed with a sky light window where you can see the sea .It is equipped with all we feel you need for your stay comfy cosy . There is a outdoor space to sit in the evening sun relaxing . We are available as we live in the house this studio is part of and will provide a point of contact via phone . Our neighbour hood is quiet, a 10 minute walk into the town, I own the local yoga studio . The town has ‘Vital health’ cafe 5 minute walk away. A juice bar with organic coffee is also a 5 minute walk away . The beach, harbour, river, lakes all in walking distance. Wicklow town, the main town of the ‘Garden of Ireland’ .The town is a bustling holiday destination in summer, with ‘Taste of wicklow’ festivals and the now famous ‘light house restaurant’ with sammy the seal visitor in the harbour, all just a few minutes walk away. Wicklow is an old town rich in history , and the location for much 'The Vikings' show. There are lots of gardens to visit in the wicklow area and is very much an outdoor activities destination’ with your choice of sports, watersports and lots of walking trails. A choice of beaches are all within easy reach of the property and South Dublin is a mere half hour away. The airport/city bus stops 5 minutes walk away. The train station is 15 minute walk . Its a 45 minute drive to Dublin city without traffic. Its a ten minute drive to Beautiful brittas bay our big stretch of 'blue flag' sandy beaches. A ten -twenty minute drive to stunning forests and beauty spots for which Wicklow is famous The ‘Ashford Studio’s’ where many films have been made also a ten minute drive away. we are so willing to provide all that may be needed to ensure a happy stay dont be afraid to ask! if you like yoga i am a teacher and have a studio here for the past 14 years just let me know if youd to come to class just ask me about times or private class available also.
