Charming 2bd/1ba cottage 4.3 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course and 1 mile to Augusta University. Walking distance to Soul City Pizza and Buona Cafe Artisan Coffee. Two queen beds + sofa bed. The large fenced, gated back yard is private and a great space to enjoy the outdoors next to the fire pit. There is a quaint little block of restaurants and shops less than two miles that include Sheehan's Irish Pub, Arsenal Tap Room, Beck’s and Wesley Cadle. You will love this place! The home recently had a few new updates added such as cabinets with butcher block countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, new kitchen flooring, and a newly landscaped back yard. This home is full time rental, not a personal home so no "weirdness" with having someone else's family pics and clothes in the closets. You can pull your car all the way into the gated back yard if you would like. Careful, it is a tight squeeze through the gate. I am just a phone call away for anything that you may need during your stay. I am also available for any local site seeing tips or restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood is an historical part of Augusta. Most of the homes in this section were built in the 30's and 40's. There is a certain charm about Central Avenue having restaurants, a coffee shop and pubs so close. There is even a record player in the home to enjoy the crackle sound of vinyl. Less than 3 miles to downtown Augusta, an Uber or Lyft can get you to the local hotpots very affordably. Want to enjoy the beautiful Savannah River? The Savannah Rapids Pavilion is less than 10 miles. There are beautiful walking / biking trails and places close by to even rent kayaks.
