The property is ideally located due south, in a quiet hamlet far from the main traffic but close to all the amenities of the village of Montcuq at 2.7kms accessible on foot, by bike or by car. 8 kms from the medieval city of Lauzerte, the way to St Jacques de Compostelle and many hikes in the Quercy Blanc, the property from East to West is ideal for exploring the Lot or Tarn department. The lake of St Sernin at 2,7kms is accessible by bike or by car. Supervised swimming, playground and restaurant available. The property has a courtyard providing secure and free parking for 1 to 2 vehicles. Another gite, "la Castine" also makes it possible to complete the offer for groups of friends
