A delightful, two bedroom, end terrace house with open views across the golf course to the rear and across the rural valley toward Belleme at the side. Modern, comfortable accommodation built to high standards in 2009. This is our golfing holiday home which we hope others will enjoy when we are not there. Reduced green fees for residents. The house is on the Eastern edge of Le Haut Val golf resort and has an open aspect to two sides and feels very private. You have use of the whole house and use of all shared areas and facilities in Le Haut Val resort. You also have access to the resort area, shared swimming pool. Please note: - a bathing cap is required at the swimming pool (sold at the spa 2€) - guests have to bring their own towels, some can be rented at the spa (2€) - guests will have to book for a swimming time at the spa We are UK owners of a French property, within a golf resort and National park area. Local managers are available to assist you during the daytime. Belleme is a delightful old market town with many ancient buildings and a commanding hill top position. This means there are many fabulous views to be enjoyed as you explore the area. You are also within a French National Park area and close to the Forest of Belleme. Parking is available right outside the house and also in the nearby public parking areas of Le Haut Val. A car is recommended as there are few local buses and the nearest train station is over 15 minutes drive away. Residents can enjoy up to 50% off local golf green fees if they book through reception whilst staying at Le Haut Val.
