Single rooms with river view.

Room on the first floor with single bed and very nice view over river scenery in a typical dutch house. Lounge seats available for use at rear terrace for your privacy or at front of the house to enjoy the waterway view and all boats passing by . I myself being the host also live in the house . I'm not allways at the premises but allways available by messages through airbnb or (Hidden by Airbnb) and by phone. Amsterdam is a 20 min drive or 45 min by bus and train. The airport is only 8 min away by car and 25 min by bus incl a 10 min walk to the bus stop . If I'm available a pickup to or from the airport is possible for a small fee of only 5 euro ( gas costs only ) Please note that breakfast is not included in the booking price , however breakfast can be ordered for each individual day. Please indicate if breakfast is desired when making a reservation . complemantary of 7.50 euro per person is to be payed at the location.
