Located just outside of the city of Newcastle on the beautiful coast. There is a thriving Fish Quay within a 5 minute walk buzzing with lots of great restaurants & bars. Situated adjacent to the beautiful village of Tynemouth. The house is large spread over 4 floors, there is access to a pool room, large lounge, dining room & kitchen. The metro station is 5 minutes walk from the house. There is also a double room available in the house - check the separate listing. . The house is over 100 years old & is well maintained & beautifully decorated throughout. There is access to a pool room to relax in the evenings & as well as a piano for those who like to play. There is access to a large lounge with large screen tv (Netflix & Amazon prime). Also access to a large dining room & fully equipped kitchen. We live onsite & will be available to answer any question. We love to socialise but equally the house is large enough if you’d like your own space. We are a 6 minute drive to the Tyne Tunnel Industrial Estate = home to AIS Offshore among many other companies. Also an 8 minute drive to Cobalt Industrial Estate & Silverlink. We have a thriving fish quay & marina just five minutes away with an eclectic mix of restaurants & bars, further afield there is Tynemouth, a fifteen minutes walk with lots of independent coffee shops & restaurants, great coastal walks in the neighbourhood. It’s ideally located on the coast - there’s a great walk around the marina & equally close to Newcastle city. We’re 5 minutes walk to the metro in order to access Newcastle city centre, 5 minutes walk to the north shields ferry station in order to access South Shields & 5 minutes drive to the Cobalt Business Park.
