Located in a 4 acre field our 8m long and 2.2m wide shepherd's hut is larger than normal, perfect for longer stays. Inside the hut is an open plan kitchen/bedroom. The kitchen has a single oven ,two ring hob and everything you need for cooking indoors. A kingsize bed with underbed storage is provided. A separate room provides shower and bathroom facilities. Stools, chairs and a table are provided for dining indoors. Complimentary parking, outdoor furniture and firepit is included. Inspired by an original Shepherd's Hut, our hut has been designed and built by us on the farm to deliver a luxury experience whilst retaining the authenticity of the original style. Ideal self catering accommodation for couples. The area surrounding the hut is suitable for our guests to enjoy evenings around the fire pit or watching the sun rise and sunset. The shepherd's hut is located within the boundaries of the farm/farmhouse, there will always be someone around to lend a helping hand. Contact details will be provided for any emergencies. The hut is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfect for anyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxing getaway and wish to embrace the freedom of the countryside. The area is surrounded by cycle paths, bridal paths and public right of ways which is ideal for cycling and walking. There is a church and pub within a short walking distance. The local village is a short drive away, or 30mins walk, where there is a butchers, convenience store, gastro pub and wine There is limited public transport in the local area. However, there are excellent transport links to London, Oxford, Bath, Cheltenham and the old roman town of Cirencester.
