Before listing with airbnb we have hosted many families and couples who travelled to visit family or for short term volunteer work. The guesthouse is separate from a family home within the shared secure lot. The guesthouse is very private with its own garden area. Parking and the access gate is shared. The hosts live within the family home on site. The home is on a kopje site, with large granite boulders, aloes and indigenous flora. Located just off the Matopos road, the site is a preview of the landscape in the park. While taxis are available within Bulawayo the location is best suited for someone with access to a vehicle. We also have contacts with reliable and affordable car hire companies . No water or electricity cuts here. Full back up power via silent generator shared with main house, no electricity interruptions. Storage and borehole back up water. Large gas heater for cold winters.
