Summer House in a fishing village

80m2 private house located in the charming fishing village of Nea Kios, at the Argolic gulf. Close to the ancient site of Mycenae and picturesque Nafplio! The 2-bedroom house is equipped with all the amenities that will provide a comfortable vacation The house can accommodate six people. It consists of two separate, connected bedrooms with a king size bed each, a living room that sleeps one on a sofa, a desk room that sleeps one on a folded bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. A fireplace adds to the relaxing environment of the house, which has a large beautiful yard with flowers, lemon and orange trees and a huge fig tree (feel free to taste the fruits). We provide the best quality linen for all our guests. Our place is gay friendly. Guests have access to the entire house and the yard It would be our pleasure to provide you with any useful information you may need as well as tips and routes for excursions. Enjoy your stay! A playground, as well as an outdoor gym, a basketball court and a tennis court are situated around the corner facing the sea. Horse riding is also available nearby, and if you're into more "extreme" sports you can also try kite surfing just 5' drive towards Nafplio. Prepare a meal in the house with fresh fish bought directly from a fisherman at the outdoor fish market, or dine out by the sea in nearby fish taverns. Argolis is also famous for the quality of its meat delicacies. “Hasapakia” meat tavern, just two minutes walk, will offer you a great take –out or sit in meal. You can reach Nea Kios either by car (1hour and 30 minutes from Athens center / 2hours from Athens Airport) or by bus from Kiffisos bus station (URL HIDDEN) (2h and 15 minutes). Because of the house’s strategic location, you could make the best of your time exploring Argolis as well as the entire Peloponnese. Visit Nafplio one of Greece's most historical and picturesque towns (7 Kilometres away) Peloponnese is a land of myth. Some of the most important ancient sites are here.
