The wild nature and the proximity to town. Wifi, tv, bicycles. A quiet, and peaceful nature with seaview. Early in the morning you see deers, foxes and rabbits walking around. It's also close to Stockholm - in 50 minutes you can see the castle and the old town. 50 minutes with car or you take the bus , 1,2 km to a busstop, and the bus take you to Stockholm, Slussen. The bus takes about one hour.
