This house includes a washer & dryer, couch, kitchen table, and kitchenware. Each bedroom includes a bed, dresser, and bedding. Utilities included: free WI-FI, heat, gas, electricity, water, parking, laundry, and trash removal. Yearly lease also available, no application fee. The bedroom you rent is private. The rest of the house is shared. You likely won't see us. You'll be able to let yourself in at your convenience. Quiet and safe neighborhood with no drive-through traffic. Just blocks away from million dollar houses. Within 5 minutes you can be at Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Cold Stone Creamery, Thai food, Sushi, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and other great restaurants. 12 minute walk to bus stop on Woodward, which can take you to Royal Oak or Detroit. In order to best accommodate medical students doing their rotations, we have to make sure your dates align with the schools rotation schedule. Therefore check-in's can be on a Saturday or Sunday, and check-out's must be on a Friday or Saturday. Also, if the dates you request do not line up with the standard rotation schedule, we may be unable to accommodate your request, although we try our best and do have some other properties in the area.
