Spacious 2 bedroom bungalow in countryside

Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating and fire pit (wood provided upon request for £10). The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. •Underfloor heating throughout •WiFi •Bed linen and towels provided •Kitchen equipment- just bring your own food and drink •Parking on the property •Use of fire pit - £10 for a large wheelbarrow full of wood •Two dogs allowed (not to be left in the property or garden unattended or allowed on furniture and beds) •No outdoor footwear to be worn in the bedrooms •Morrisons, local corner shops, pubs, Indian restaurants, chinese, chip shop, Italian restaurant only 3 miles away along with Tamworth train station. Guests will have sole use of the bungalow, garden and parking. We are a very sociable couple, will be happy to help our guests out with any requirements they have and give advice on local attractions things to do etc. We are not overlooked at all, looking out to miles of farmers fields. Being south facing you will see the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Our bird feeder is always full of robins, blue tits, finches and wagtails. Sometimes at night you will hear an owl or two. Our local village Elford has a fabulous pub (you need to phone ahead to book reservations), their walled garden is beautiful to walk around. There are plenty of nice walks locally for dogs.
