There is a large desk work space overlooking the garden that's perfect for the business professional . It has a mini fridge for your convenience. There is a closet and dresser available to store your belongings. You will have your own entrance and full bath with a shower (no bathtub). The entire unit including the entrance is fully accessible. It has a flat screen TV with Roku and Netflix. It is a very private quiet space, where you can have access easily to the rest of the house, or just stay in your suite if you like privacy. Located beside the private guest room is a family room with a fireplace and television to enjoy. The kitchen is available for use. There is a large private deck surrounded by flowers and trees (this makes a great place to relax with a coffee). This guest space is very quiet. It is the only suite on the first floor. On the second floor, there are two other guest rooms along with my personal living space that are available for booking separately. They are "Tranquil with private bath" and Seaside Rest". Guests have access to: -the drive way for parking -kitchen -living room -deck overlooking the backyard and gardens -laundry as needed I am available to assist on the spot with any needs you may have. I enjoy hosting guests and spending time with them, or giving space for guests to enjoy their stay. Our neighborhood is in a quiet, safe, and residential area of town. You will enjoy a large driveway to park and the seclusion of my home. This neighborhood is great to take a walk or bike ride around. Commuting, Uber, and Lyft are available. There is SARTA, public bus transit, but the bus stop nearest is a ten minute walk. This suite works well for longer term stays. I offer a discount for weekly and monthly bookings. It has been enjoyed by students and business travelers. I have other rooms available if more space is needed. They are listed as "Tranquil Invinting Room" and " Seaside Rest". The room is totally handicapped accessible.
