The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria. The house is builted with local native wood and stone , harmonized with the traditional architecture of the village. It's a unique house, in it's entrance you will face the balcony with it's stunning view. Continuing inside the house, you face the living room and the kitchen, whose stairs lead to the amazing attic where the bedroom is. The bathroom is located bellow stairs and you can access it from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, fridge, kitchen, toaster, kettle, kitchen pottery and utensils) so as you can enjoy your breakfast. Moreover the house is equipped with clean towles, sheets, blankets, shampoo-body lotion, hairdresser, iron and ironing board. When you arrive from Volos you will meet the entrance of the village, and as you going on to face the chapel of Agia Marina, you will run across the Path of Centaurs, which is a route 3km around the village. You will come across small chapels and churches, streams and mansion monuments. Furthermore at the local restaurants you can test the traditional cousine of Pelion, the beverage tsipouro and it's famous sea food. Also from the local market you can buy local products such as marmelades, honey, spoon sweets, herbals and tsipouro. The house is located 300m. from the central church of Portaria. Above the road is the parking lot, whose capacity of is one car. The parking lot is lower than house's elevation, so we can provide you help for carrying on your lugagges.
