It’s a walk-out ravine lot basement apartment of a detached house with private entrance. The stone path around the house goes to the apartment. It's a big STUDIO (no separate bedroom) approximately 650 sq.ft with open space and it has a queen bed and reclining sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Parking is available on the driveway (in front of the basketball stand). Second vehicle can be parked on the street (free). Easily check yourself in/out. The apartment key is in the lock-box. Guest live privately but the host is available for questions and help. The reclining sofa is a size of a double bed and can accommodate two kids or even two adults. The kid bed, table, and chairs are also available Guests live in the apartment privately, but the washer and dryer are shared on the first floor and in order to use them they have to contact the host. Very quiet neighbourhood, ravine lot. The children park is just steps away. A forest trail is behind the house. The apartment has a great location. Grocery stores (Superstore, T&T), LCBO, Starbucks, McDonalds, Kelsey's are located in walking distance (about 15 min). Walmart, KEG restaurant and many more are 15-20 min walk, five minutes to drive. Cineplex Cinema is 8-10 min drive or 30 min walk. Close access to HWY404, GO station. Aurora is located in a half way from Toronto to Barrie. It's only half an hour drive to the lake Simcoe beaches. Upper Canada shopping mall is 10-15 min drive. After booking the guests will receive the instruction how to get the apartment key.
