The house is kept clean and tidy so you can feel comfortable and relaxed when you stay at the house. Downstairs: Kitchen -- large dining kitchen offers all essential cooking facilities and cutlery, so you could cook your own meals in the kitchen easily. Just remember to clean it after your use. Living room -- spacious living room offers you the classic 3-seat corner sofa, where you could sit comfortably to watch TV. The house covers TV licence. Front garden: an enclosed private front garden where you could sit outside when the weather is nice. Upstairs: Bedroom: big double room, featuring a double bed and Simba Hybrid Mattress. The room has a big wardrobe with mirrors, so you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe and get well ready in your room before going out. There's plenty of space available in the room for your own stuff. There are several plug points in the room and a radiator. All bedding is fresh for every stay including bath towels. There is a desk and a chair in the room, so you could comfortably read and do some work with your laptop. The room has a good view over the window. As the room is at the back of the house, it is normally very quiet at night which again enables you to have a good sleep. Bathroom- the bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle. Free and fast Wifi is free to all guests. The house is close to Leeds, Wakefield, Dewsbury as well as M1, M62, M621 and A1. Therefore it is really convenient for you to travel around. Off-street parking slot at the back of my house, and of course it is free. In front of the house, there's plenty of free and safe on-street parking. You have access to the entire house, expect the cellar and the second bedroom. The second bedroom is used for storage by the house owner and is locked. Self check-in This is a quiet , safe, convenient, and beautiful neighbourhood. There is a pub opposite the house if you fancy a drink at night. ASDA (with petrol station), Morrisons, Aldi and Co-op are all within 10 minutes drive. Big Sainsbury's is within 15 - 20 minutes drive. You will benefit the most from staying in the house if you drive and own a car. There are bus stops very close to the house (1-3 minutes walk) and regular buses to Leeds and Wakefield. The closest train station is Outwood, which is 6 minutes drive (2.5miles). The train station has a free car park. Roughly one train every 30 minutes to Leeds and Sheffield. It takes 10 minutes on the train from Outwood to Leeds Railway Station, which is situated at Leeds City Centre. It roughly costs around £10 if you take a taxi from the house to Leeds Railway Station and Leeds Coach Station, both are quite close to Leeds City Centre. -- the house has two bedrooms but the second bedroom is locked and is used for storage. You also don't have access to the cellar. Other than this you have the entire house during your stay. -- for safety reasons please do not use the fireplace in the living room (IMPORTANT!) -- Maximum guests are two. For the second guest, there is £10 extra per night. Please make sure you select 2 people when you book the house. The accommodation sleeps 2 adults only. The accommodation is not child friendly. If you prefer to stay in separate beds then the corner sofa in the living room can be transferred to a sofa bed. -- No pets allowed. -- Please make sure the front door and back door of the house are locked at all times, even if you are inside the house! -- This house is perfect for someone who drives. There are regular buses to town (Wakefield and Leeds) but if you don't drive it may take you longer to reach local amenities such as supermarkets.
