Rent of the 1st floor (80 m2) of an independent villa, the ground floor being unoccupied. Renovation completed in July 2018. The house is in the countryside not overlooked, private parking, shaded terrace. The hiring consists of 2 rooms, one with 1 bed in 160, the other with 2 bunk beds in 90, a living room with a BZ in 140, a dining room, kitchen, room of bath and independent TOILET.(possibility of cot and high chair on request) The rental is located 30 minutes from Nîmes, Avignon, Uzes, Arles .... One hour from the beaches (Le Grau du Roi, Port Camargue, La Grande Motte ...) and 7 km from the Pont du Gard. You will be 1.5 km from the village with all amenities, 1 km from the municipal pool and the greenway connecting the Pont du Gard to Via Rhôna. The house is equipped with all appliances necessary to feel at home (oven, gas, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, griddle, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer .. .)
