The apartment is located on the second floor with an independent heating system. The kitchen has all necessary appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, etc), kettle, American coffee maker, juicer, toaster and microwave. The apartment is equipped with modern 2 televisions Smart TV. The area is very quiet despite being central and makes getting around without using a car. Guests are kindly requested to arrive with a photocopy of their passport or other valid document for each person staying in the apartment. It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests indicated in the booking. They are always available to solve any problem arise, and to make your stay as pleasant as possible by meeting your needs.
