Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated carparking. WiFi, Sky TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks. The cottage offers lounge with two double sofas along with a small dining table for two. TV has Sky TV and wifi. Fully fitted kitchen with new oven, new hob, new fridge and all utensils needed for cooking. Complimentary tea and coffee and crisps, nuts and a small bottle of red and white wine. Bathroom is all newly fitted with a great shower. Bedroom has a double bed and also available is a fold away bed suitable for children or a third adult. There are numerous USB charging points on the wall mounted sockets throughout. The whole property has brand new carpet and lino throughout and has been decorated from top to bottom. We now also offer use of a garden pub fitted inside a large heated log cabin. Complete with wifi and projector for movies/ sports and general entertainment. Hotplate for curry, chilli, stew nightsetc. Based on a strictly bring your own drinks policy. Marshchapel is a small village dating back to the 14th century. The cottage is situated 2 minutes walk to the village shop/post office and also the White Horse pub. Outback restaurant and bar is literally next door. Both Cleethorpes sea front and the market town of Louth are approx 12 miles away and offer a multitude of entertainment, activities and shopping.
