Decor includes double bed, desk, bed side cabinet and 2 lamps. The room has a large window that overlooks the road. The front door key can be bit temperamental but will work! Close to the town centre, both bus and train routes to Leeds, Doncaster and beyond. There are lots of local takeaways nearby. Some pubs and small supermarkets are within short walking distance. Nearest Post Office is also not far. It is close to Trans-Pennine trail. Doncaster Airport is 20 minute drive. Situated close enough to walk to the town centre, but far enough to enjoy a quiet area. Guests are welcome to use the living area with access to TV (Netflix/DVD), small kitchen area with washing facilities, back garden. Access to iron and ironing board. I am available over phone, email and messages. This is a quiet neighbourhood with many local takeaways. Close to Town Centre. Within 3 miles of motorway. Gorgeous park with children's play area, large field, basketball court and plenty of room to walk around 2 minutes away. The nearest bus stop to town centre is a 2 minute walk. Train station is about a 3 minute walk. There are two parking spaces in the driveway, guests are welcome to use them free of charge.
