Mediterranean relaxing house

The house lies in the wonderful italian region of Calabria, directly on the Isthmus of Catanzaro, the narrowest part of the Italian Penisula, where you can appreciate both seas that surround the southern part of Italy, the Tyrrhenian and the Ionian Seas. It is a perfect location for those who want to relax and switch off from the hassles of city life. The building dates from the 1920s and has been recently renovated. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a garage and a large garden surrounding the house. It is located in a small, picturesque village in the province of Catanzaro, called Jacurso which is close to the international airport Lamezia Terme (20 minutes by car). It is easy to reach by public transport and it comes with a whole range of facilities that contribute to improving the quality of your stay even further. Moreover you can taste some excellent ice cream and one of the best pizzas in these parts. You have lots of opportunities to undertake nature walks or to take a bath in the river or in the sea. Moreover you can attend workshops about antique traditions, guided tours of agricultural production facilities as well as italian or spanish lessons.
