Hi, welcome to Hamble a friendly village with great access to the waterfront and countryside. There are lots of good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. For day trips we have great access to the New Forest, Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and Isle of Wight, to name but a few. I'm offering my entire home for short or extended stays, suitable for leisure or business travellers. Do you need a home away from home? I'm offering my Victorian semi which would make an ideal base for anyone visiting the area for holidays, visiting family or business. The property has recently been redecorated plus new carpets and flooring. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 doubles (1 of which is en-suite) and 1 single, together with the family bathroom. Downstairs there's a lounge and separate dining room, together with a well equipped kitchen opening out onto an expansive garden. It is my home and you are very welcome to make it yours for your stay, but I do anticipate that you will look after it like your own. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay in Hamble, it's a pretty village with a yachting history and offers a friendly country feel, where you can get away from it all. There are shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, so you can park your car on the drive and find everything you need within walking distance. If you need any local information or recommendations I'm always happy to assist. The pretty waterfront of Hamble is accessible on foot within 10 minutes. You can also access the Royal Victoria country park via many of the local walking trails. There are shops, take-aways and a post office within a couple of minutes walk. The High Street is teeming with pubs and restaurants, again all within walking distance. Everything is accessible on foot in Hamble, enjoy the fresh air and walking. If you are driving to Hamble it is only minutes from the M27 or by train Hamble station is a 15 minute walk. The number 6 bus stops near the house and runs into Netley and Southampton.
