Tea & coffee & biscuits etc supplied. Continental-style Breakfast will be provided in the dining room. Consisting of cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, tea & coffee and fruit juice. We are happy for guests to use the microwave etc in kitchen for simple meals, but would appreciate no elaborate cooking. Dining room, conservatory, kitchen (for heating food etc) & garden. Guests can expect a warm and friendly welcome, we will do our best to be on hand to answer any questions during your stay. Town centre with large supermarket, cafes, restaurants and some leisure facilities. Plenty of nearby attractions and walks. Marsh Farm Country Park just 5 mins by foot. Good bus and train links, plus taxi services if required. We're willing to allow some flexibility should guests require a later or earlier arrival time for check in.
