Along the beautiful coast between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, just a few minutes by car from all stores, Villa Francesca is located with its large outdoor area and view of the fantastic sea and the island of Tavolara. The house is surrounded by other villas. The first floor has a cozy living room with bright colors, a well-equipped kitchen with bright colors, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). On the lower floor there is a third bathroom with washing machine. In total, the house can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It also has air conditioning, a TV, a crib (on request for €5 per night) and a high chair (on request for €2.5 per night). Outside there is a large lawn with a beautiful sea view and a covered terrace with a cozy seating and barbecue area. The nearest and most famous restaurant in the area is only 800 meters from the house, and other stores, restaurants, bars and cafes are located within a radius of about 3 km. The nearest beach, Terrata, is 1.5 km from the property and along the coast there are many fine sandy beaches, such as Cala Sassari, Spiaggia Bianca, Son Aranzos, Cala Banana, Bados and many others. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. If you want to check in between 10:30pm and 11:59pm, there is a fee of €20. -
