The Intimate Sunshine Beachfront Cottage 2 bedroom/1 Bath

Are you a beach-going vacation person? Do you enjoy the calming, stress relieving vibe that waves bring as they sway? But are you also the type who find public beaches to be too crowded or are too much a hassle to get to from your average “waterfront” hotel? Well our intimate beachfront cottage is the perfect vacation plan for you this summer! Bring your kayaks, inflatables, fishing rods and anything else you deem vacation worthy! Seated DIRECTLY on the Chesapeake Bay, our cottage is one of its own, featuring breathtaking views of the bay whether it be rain or shine, sunset or sunrise. The therapeutic vibe of waves crashing on and off the bay is exactly what you need to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of life. With a fully opened patio (soon to be converted to an all season room) you’ll get the full on experience of our peaceful home, so take a lounge and sip on some tea or coffee! Children can be FULLY supervised while on the beach from the patio as well! The sand in your toes are STEPS AWAY here, the photos speak for themselves. Watch the sunrise while you walk down the beach, the neighboring sea turtles may cross your path! (Please do respect our animal neighbors). OUR HOME: -Home is an open floor plan, with fully renovated paneling and shiplapped walls, new refrigerator as well as range. Mini split units have been installed in each room as well as living room, remotes to operate them are available. Included is a 55’ TV with a Roku 4K smart stick and Dish Cable, 2 chairs with stands and a massive daybed that extends out into a king size bed with extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. (Daybed also has 3 drawers for storage.) *Home is ready for you to bring your own YouTube, Netflix, Hulu and any other media streaming platform logins for those who wish to relax with a movie after a day on the water.* -Fancy a cup of coffee? Maybe some tea? Our beverage station located to the left of the daybed features a wide array of coffee grains as well as teabags ranging from mint to a simple black tea. Open and make your own to match your vacation experience! *Looking to stay during the winter and need a little extra warmth? We’ve installed a propane driven Radiant Heater right in the living room that heats the whole house!* -Master bedroom includes a King Size bed with plenty of soft pillows, a flat screen TV with a Roku 4K smart stick as well. -Guest bedroom has a trundle style bunk bed that has 2 FULL SIZE beds with memory foam mattresses along with twin size trundle below for any added guest or little ones. This room includes Smart TV. -5G HughesNet Satellite Internet is provided for those who still wish to connect while away from home. -Bathroom has been FULLY RENOVATED with a Boho vibe. There are pegs to hang your towels and swimwear after your day on the beach. Relax in the newly tiled shower/tub combo with massage shower head to wash the sand away. -2 complementary bathrobes are included for your stay, please make sure to place them in the laundry basket in the bathroom before you leave. -Had a long day of swimming and relaxing near the water and now need to do some laundry? Laundry room has a washer and dryer with laundry products provided for your stay. -A complementary WELCOME basket will be included for your stay! -Please be sure to fill out our guest log! We want to make your stay as friendly as possible and want to keep note of it for your potential future stays. Maybe you can come back and find your old entries! *Guests are overall responsible for any damages incurred to the property during their time of stay.* HOME ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: -Looking to start a campfire? Roast some marshmallows or hot dogs? Simply dig a hole on the beach and make a small fire! (Pics are included from our own experience). But please make sure you clean up after you are done. -A fresh caught dinner whether it be by fishing or netting can be yours for the taking. *Cooking utensils, 2 fishing rods (rod holders for your convenience are included as well), pots and pans, as well as crab nets and pots are included as well.* Bait can be purchased at Buzzys Country Store. (Address- 12665 Point Lookout Rd.) -Looking to buy any wines, spirits or beers? The Ridge Market offers a wide variety of selections, but please make sure to enjoy responsibly and must be 21 years of age and older. They also have a small Italian cuisine restaurant in the market as well! Which offers a variety to include homemade pizzas, and delicious pasta. (A small selection of fishing bait offered as well) Address- 13270 Point Lookout Rd. -Dollar General is also right down the same street of the Ridge Market, for anything else you may need. LOCAL AREA ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: -Wanting to go somewhere for a night out to eat? Our favorite spots are only a 10-15 minute drive away! •PIER450- A former fish camp turned boutique micro resort, PIER450 offers an extensive array of wines, foods, as well as a beachfront dine! (Address- 48342 Wynne Rd, Ridge, MD) •Hacienda Los Guayabos- An authentic Mexican restaurant like no other, the service is phenomenal, food is even better. (Address- 19661 Three Notch Rd. ) -Interested in somewhere else to take the family for lunch/dinner? Take a stroll down Three Notch Road through California, you’ll find several restaurants to include chains as well as a few “hole in the wall” restaurants to try out! -Maybe you’re looking for some late night fun?
