Quiet non-smoking flat

Our 40 sm. self-contained flat is fully furnished and is available for a max. of 2 persons. The bed is 140 cm wide. You will feel very comfortable in the flat. It is like a studio apartment...quite private, large and spaceous. Parking is possible just outside the house. Because we use Airbnb only quite rarely there are few recommendations to date. We are sure you will love the peace and tranquillity of this apartment. The flat is a a so-called in-law suite in our own home in a large park-like garden at the end of a quiet road. Large trees with many birds surround the home. If you need anything that is not in the flat or any information, we will do our best to help. Our neighbourhood is a small village called Uttenreuth, which is on the eastern suburb of the city of Erlangen. You can get all provisions within walking distance. Our neighbors are mainly professionals in single family homes. Bus 209 will take you frequently into Erlangen. The Nurnberg (NUE) airport is 30 minutes away by taxi but is also served by bus service. The Erlangen main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) is 15 minutes from Uttenreuth by bus.
