Lovely Chautauqua Lake Getaway with dock access

Enjoy the comforts of home with all the activities Chautauqua Lake has to offer. Our place is situated half a block from a neighborhood dock perfect for fishing or just dipping your toes in the water. Relax on the front porch or fire up the grill and dine al fresco in our spacious backyard. WiFi and Central A/C. Nicely appointed 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, dining room, and living room with large TV. Laundry in the basement and even a cozy office. Perfect space for friends, couples, or families! As a parent of two young children I know how traveling can feel like you have to bring your whole house with you. We've got you covered! There is a pack-n-play and a bouncer seat available for infants as well as a high chair. We also have a baby bath and pop up tub for small children that can be used in our spacious shower. There is also a baby gate if you need to cordon off a safe space for your little one. We have a selection of indoor and outdoor games as well (corn hole, sprinkler, board games, etc.) Guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the attic and garage which are for owners storage. Self Check-in with keypad entry. We are always available via chat for any questions or suggestions you might need. We are not local, but do live near enough by that we can drive down should the need arise. We are located in the quaint town of Lakewood, NY. Approx 15min to the world renowned Chautauqua Institute. 13min to Long Point state park beach just past Beamus Point. 45 min to Allegany State Park. Take a hike at the jaw dropping Panama Rocks nearby. Spend a day cruising along the Lake Erie Wine Trail. Or take it easy and just stroll down the road to our local park and playground then grab an ice cream around the corner and admire the gorgeous architecture of this charming village. Please be aware that there is a 165lb weight limit on the top bunk of the bunk bed. For safety reasons, you may not exceed this limit.
