Maximum occupancy : 10 Beautiful views of Lewis Smith Lake! Four bedroom lake front home nestled in the trees, about 40 stairs to the huge dock and swim deck. Located in the Houston area. This 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house (two bathrooms, both have shower/tub combos), is just what you're looking for to get away for a week and enjoy nature's beauty. The home boasts two large lake facing covered porches from where you can view the lake. The lake is very deep and clear and typically 35-50 feet deep off the dock. The indoor dining table seats 6-8, plus there is a large dining table & picnic table on the upper porch, two rocking chairs and a gas BBQ as well! Lower deck also has a picnic table as well as comfortable seating area for 6-8. Family room has two sofas, two chairs, mounted TV and fireplace. Full basement with ping pong table, game table, comfy sofas and mounted TV. (The house has two Smart TV's, with cable, and internet is available also.) Outdoor fire pit for chilly nights! Bedroom #1: Queen size bed- main level Bedroom #2: Queen size bed - 2nd floor Bedroom #3: King size bed - 2nd floor Bedroom #4: 2 sets of bunk beds - 2nd floor Two story dock with swim deck. WiFi Internet and Direct TV. Cell service: AT&T works best, Verizon is spotty, internet calls work well! PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for peak season, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for peak season. OFF-SEASON: Minimum nights varies with each property, discounted rates vary as well (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. AT THIS TIME, ONLY 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAYS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2022 PEAK SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY).
