Nymans Garden Cottage, with its central location in the village of Ardingly the heart of Mid Sussex is a modern terraced village house set well back from the road and approached through a 5 bar gate. The accommodation is well laid out over three floors with a master bedroom with on-suit bathroom and dressing room area. There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The entrance hall leads to the cloakroom and a well a equipped kitchen. The Sitting/Dining room has views of the garden. The entire house is available for you to use including a fully fitted kitchen complete with built in cooker and four ring gas hop, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kitchen sink with mixer taps, toaster and electric kettle. The house is warm and snug with double glazing and gas central heating. There is a covered car port situated at the end of the back garden as well as off road parking outside the front of the house and at the rear adjacent to the car port. The house is accessed via a five- bar wooden gate with both car and pedestrian gates which lead to a parking area in front of the house. The driveway leads round to the rear where there is a car port with direct and ideal access to the garden via a gate and path with stepping stones to the patio and back door of the house. The patio is adjacent to the rear of the house and in the summer is ideal for a Bar B Q. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn and enclosed by panel fencing providing privacy. Ardingly is a delightful West Sussex village with notable surroundings being the vast Ardingly Reservoir, with its tranquil footpaths plus availability of water sports including sailing and rowing. The south of England Showground is also located nearby. The village provides a Post Office and village stores, bakery and two pubs. The National trust properties of Wakehurst Place and Nymans Garden are nearby. The beautiful gardens of Borde Hill are also nearby are open to the public with tea rooms and a restaurant. The pretty villages of Lindfield and Cuckfield are nearby with a good selection of Pubs, Restaurants and shops and Brighton is only half an hours drive to the south. Haywards Heath, appx four miles to the south also offers a range of high street stores and major supermarkets, plus an excellent leisure centre and station with fast and frequent train service to London, Brighton and. Gatwick airport is easily accessed via the M23 motorway. Great area for walking and cycling Guests are able to park in the car port at the rear of the garden and also in the front drive.
