With 87 square meters, the bright and quiet maisonette apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples and families (a cot can be provided on request). It is only a 15-minute drive to the trade fair / airport, which means that the apartment is also ideal for business travelers who like to finish off after work. Due to the location directly on the museum bike path from Nürtingen to Weil der Stadt and close to numerous bike and hiking trails through the Schönbuch, the apartment is also ideal for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower on the lower floor, as well as a spacious living / dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is also a single bed and a pull-out sofa. With the beds on the upper floor, a maximum of 5 people can sleep. The south-facing balcony with a view of the Aich invites you to relax.
