Lovely family home that can sleep 7, two minutes walk to Hassocks station which is 9 minutes by train to Brighton, 55 minute to London, the house is walking distance to the South Downs national park and a five minute drive to the Pangdean Farm wedding venue. It has two main living spaces downstairs along with kitchen and another reception area, south facing patio, driveway for two cars and very large master bedroom with en-suite. One other main bathroom and two good sized double rooms. I currently live in this house so there will be some personal possessions, however, I will clear as many of these away as possible. You will have access to one very large wardrobe and a smaller wardrobe along with a chest of drawers in the master room. The accommodation is: 1 x Master Bedroom (King Size) 1 x Double Room 1x Double Room 1x Single Room with a floor mattress All the beds have mattress protectors and bedding and towels are all provided. There are two off-road parking spaces and a dedicated EV charging point I make the whole house available so you have access to the lounge, kitchen, conservatory and then four bedrooms, two bathrooms and garden. Guests will have access to a key box and will be able to let themselves in and out of the house. The village of Hassocks has plenty of local shops and take-away food options and some fantastic local pubs within walking distance. The South Downs are only as few minutes away which offers plenty of activities from cycling, walking and horse riding to name a few The village of Hassocks is ideally located on the London to Brighton mainline, Brighton is only 9 minutes by train with London 52 minutes away likewise the coast in only 15 minutes by car and the A23 takes about 7 minutes to reach, M25 about 45 minutes.
