The Viking yard was formerly the school building of Altfunnixsiel and owned by the city of Wittmund. Today there are 15 condominiums on this site. The large property (7000qm) with lots of mature trees is located directly on the Harle and invites you to barbecue and relax. Ample parking is available next to the house. A private boat dock makes the Harle accessible and offers fishing and paddle options. The house has a sauna, washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee in the coin operation. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 06:00 to 11:00.
