A charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage with a cosy sitting/dining room with log wood burner and modern kitchen. Located in a quiet mews in the Historical market town of Masham, Lower Wensleydale with a large selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes, butchers and local fruit and vegetable shops. All within walking distance of the cottage including a local market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Parking place outside the cottage and a small patio with outdoor bench. Please ask about our COVID Policy. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one ensuite. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Please note the single bedroom has a skylight only. Downstairs is a sitting room/dining room with cosy log burner and tv and dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and large range cooker. Guests have access to the whole house. Prior to your visit I will message you with details of how to find the cottage and the key code and any other information you would like. During your stay you will have my contact details should any issues arise. Masham is a popular Dales market town within walking distance of pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and other local amenities. There is Masham golf course up the road and Swinton Park Spa and Country Club close by. There is also Local brewery tours and markets in Masham on Wednesday and Saturdays. Great walks from the front door and Masham was on the route of the Tour de France and Tour de Yorkshire so a wonderful area to cycle around. In Masham there are buses which can take you to other local towns or you can call a taxi. There are some fantastic walks from Masham. Parking for one car outside the cottage and lots of parking in the town square round the corner from the cottage. Outside bench on small patio to sit on. No dogs allowed. There is a log burner and one basket of logs will be supplied with the cottage free of charge. Logs can also be purchased in Masham from Jamesons Country Store.
